You come into the living and dining room, with a sofa bed, a table and an open kitchen. A spiral staircase leads up to the mezzanine: a double bed under the wooden beams, a skylight and its own bathroom. On the main floor there is the second bedroom, the children's room with bunk beds, and a second bathroom with a washing machine.
The French window opens onto the terrace: table, chairs and pine trees in front of you. Parking is right below the building, which in a residential district is no small thing.

Living here
What it is actually like
Eight real beds: a double on the mezzanine, a double in the second bedroom, bunk beds in the children's room and a sofa bed in the living room. With two bathrooms, a large family or two couples with children are not queuing in the morning.
Centener is a residential district south of the old town: quiet, green, with a parking space. The sea is the shorter walk; the old town is twenty minutes on foot or five by car. It is the trade-off the old town cannot offer, where you can neither park nor drive in.
Pets are welcome, on request and for a supplement. Tell us when you write, so we can get the flat ready for them.

The sea
Cuvi beach: pebbles and pines, the closest one to the door.
The pinewood
Punta Corrente, the Golden Cape: paths, coves and shade. On foot or by bicycle.
The old town
Harbour, Grisia and St Euphemia. Five minutes by car, and here the car has somewhere to go.
