Vacanze Rovigno publishes listings of houses in Rovinj and forwards contacts to their owners. It is not a travel agency and takes no bookings: the distinction matters, because it establishes who you are dealing with.

What this site is

Vacanze Rovigno is a publishing service run by WEB HOUSE CONSULTING d.o.o. It publishes property listings and puts people looking for a house in touch with those offering one.

We take no payments on behalf of owners, retain no commission on bookings and carry out no travel intermediation.

Who the contract is with

The rental contract is between you and the owner of the house. Price, availability, payment terms, deposit and cancellation rules are set by them and discussed with them.

The rates shown in the listings are indicative and are not a binding offer: the valid price is the one confirmed in writing by the owner for your dates.

The information published

Descriptions, photographs, floor areas and equipment are supplied by the owners, who are responsible for them. We do what we can to check them, but we cannot guarantee they are complete and up to date at every moment.

Recommendations about restaurants, shops and places are given in good faith: we have no commercial arrangements with the businesses named. Opening hours, management and closing days change, and should be checked before you set out.

Distances and walking times are approximate and are there to give you an idea.

Liability

We are not responsible for how the stay goes, which depends on the owner, nor for interruptions to the site caused by maintenance or by matters outside our control.

Liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded remain unaffected, including those owed to consumers.
