Vacanze Rovigno is an Italian portal for Italian-owned houses in Rovinj. You publish yours, guests write to you, and you set the price.
No commission
You pay a fixed annual fee. We keep nothing from what you earn on bookings: if you have a good season, it is yours.
Enquiries come to you
The portal publishes the listing and forwards the contacts. The contract with the guest is yours, the prices are yours, you run the calendar.
A selection, not a catalogue
We don't publish everything. A few houses, well photographed and honestly described: that is the only reason a guest would choose us over a general platform.
The fee
A fixed annual fee, per house. No percentage on bookings.
What it costs depends on how much you want us to do: the listing alone, or the photographs, the copy and the handling of enquiries as well. These are figures we would rather discuss having seen the house, not print on a page. Write to us and we'll talk, with no obligation.
